National Physical Fitness and Sports Month

Hiya teens~  Its the start of a new week!  How many days of school left?  You must be getting down to the final count.  May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, as you might have guessed from the post title.  This is an initiative spearheaded by the White House to get everyone active and on the path to a healthy lifestyle.  One part of the program is the President's Challenge.  For this program you are challenged by the president to increase the amount of physical activity in your life.
