November Teen Advisory Group Meeting Notes

The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) met yesterday.  Here's what we talked about!

We started out talking about the Halloween decoration we put up in the YA room.  Everyone loved them and we got tons of compliments on them.  The next decorations to be put up will be the Holiday (Christmas) decorations.  Miss Gardiner plans on putting them up the Saturday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 24th) so if anyone wants to come help out that would be great.  Plan to come about 1pm.  We don't have to make anything new (unless we really want to) because we do have alot of decorations already for December.

Also in December the library is going to have a small booksale since we have gotten so many good quality donations lately.  The book sale will be Dec 7 & 8 (friday and saturday).  Dec.8th also happens to be the date of our next TAG meeting, so TAG members are encouraged to come volunteer at the book sale a few hours either before or after the meeting.

Next we discussed the upcoming programs:

Nov. 13th 7:00-8:00 - Teen Knitting Club
Nov. 14th 4:30-6:30 - Mario Kart Wii Tournament
Nov. 27th 6:30-7:30 - Teen Book Club
Nov. 28th 6:30-8:00 - Recycled Bottle Bracelets
