The Teen Advisory Group met on Saturday the 8th and here is what we talked about!
We started out discussing summer reading and everyone was encouraged to sign up to be a summer volunteen at the desk. Miss Gardiner also told everyone that the sign up sheets for the summer programs are also at the desk now ready for people to sign up. We went over again the raffle prizes for the teens this summer (Dari Serv, movie passes, snack baskets, day pass to Lake Compounce, and a Kindle e-reader) and reminded everyone that we would be decorating the Young Adult area for the summer on June 22nd after the volunteer orientation. Also mentioned was that the summer volunteers would be making a sidewalk chalk mural on the morning of July 1st to promote the start of the program.
