Hey YAs, on Saturday we had the December meeting of TAG. Here's what we talked about~
First, we talked about the next decorations for the YA area. These will be put up after the next meeting in January. They will be winter themed, probably something to do with snow. If we don't have any other ideas, we'll probably cut out snowflake like we did last year.
We mentioned the December PALS book sale and TAG members were encouraged to go downstairs to help out after our meeting.
Miss G told the TAG group all about Nutmeg@Night, the book themed trivia game that the library holds each January in partnership with the Levi Coe Library and the local schools. This year we will have the regular grades 4-6 intermediate division as well as a teen & adult division in which teens grades 7 up can make teams and adults may make teams as well. Nutmeg@Night will be on Wednesday, January 9th. 6-7 for the intermediate division and 7:30-8:30 for the teen/adult division. Forms and books are available in the YA room above the music CDs.

Wednesday, December 12th 7:00-8:00 - Make Your Own Jar Gifts (please register)
Tuesday, December 18th 6:30-7:30 - Teen Book Club (open, books available at desk)
Saturday, December 22nd 2:00-3:30 - Teen Holiday Party (please register)
Then we did our recommendations portion of our meeting.
